Elevate MV was a pilot project in Mountain View that provided $500 monthly cash payments to 166 randomly selected, eligible low-income residents. Elevate MV was operated through Mountain View’s partner Community Services Agency (CSA), supported by YMCA, and payments were processed by Community Financial Resources.
