Xiente is a community-based organization transforming lives in Philadelphia through affordable housing, education, and economic mobility services. With 40+ years of impact, Xiente helps families build the financial, social, and human capital needed to rise out of poverty. The Xiente Guaranteed Income Program is providing $500 each month for 14 months to 10 families who earn between 30 and 60 percent of the area median income.
